To ensure the quality of documents which are published, a reading committee is responsible for evaluating the articles that are submitted.

The reading committee members of Geopsy Intercultural Journal meet all three main criterias:

1. possession of a university's master, or equivalent according the countries, in psychology, clinical psychology or psychiatry;
2. a current clinical activity;
3. for the Western clinicians, work experience of at least one year in transcultural context.

Each article is evaluated by a group of three clinicians who individually consider the contents and possibly make part of corrections for a publication. In this group, is systematically included a psychologist of the culture treated by the article.
